In order to connect you to our OUTTRA systems, we first need some information. If you have not already done so, please fill out our merchant onboarding form.
As soon as we have received and processed the data from your form submission, our customer service will contact you with further information on the connection and your access data for our system.
As soon as you have these data, you can continue with the next step:
To set up the interface in TriData
1. Fill in the following fields in the TriData article export:
- Export file / FTP path: ftp://ftp.outtra.com/outtra.csv
- FTP user name: Enter the FTP user name received from OUTTRA.
- FTP password: Enter the FTP password received from OUTTRA.
- Upload 1: 06:00
- Upload 2: 12:00
- Upload 3: 19:00
Select the following export fields and insert them into the export by clicking on ">". Separate the export fields with a semicolon ; .
- [EAN]; [Manufacturer EAN]; [TotalEAN]; [Manufacturer article number]; [Manufacturer]; [Barcode]; [Stock]; [Description 2].
Attention: Please make sure that these fields exist in your system and only add them to the export if they do. Otherwise errors will occur.
Please enter the fields transmitted here also in the header.
2. Click on "Save" and then on "Export" to start an initial export. 3.
